We work closely with LVNL Operational Experts and procedure design specialists in the development of various ATM procedure design and development projects.

LVNL is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all civil-oriented procedures regarding its airspace, routes and most airports in the Netherlands (Schiphol, Rotterdam, Groningen and Maastricht). On almost a daily basis, the LVNL Procedures department receives change requests from the operational units to research, renew, change or address issues raised by its air traffic controllers or other LVNL service users. It is also required to address changes from regulatory authorities (CAA, EASA, ICAO) which affect its procedures and similarly result in the initiation of a change request. The nature of the request drives the time and effort needed and can be a considerable strain on the resources available.  MovingDot was brought in to support the LVNL Procedures department in the development of new procedures, working on actual change requests and manage their implementation. This includes verifying changes against regulatory compliance.

We work closely with LVNL Operational Experts and procedure design specialists in the development of various ATM procedure design and development projects. With the supported designs and projects pertaining to en-route (ACC), Tower and Approach operations, we regularly consult our in-house team of operational experts with an ATC-controller background throughout the various efforts.
