Voor hen is het belangrijk om de voordelen van de nieuwe PBN-procedures in vergelijking met conventionele procedures te identificeren en te begrijpen, om de implementatie ervan te accepteren en te vergemakkelijken.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de vorm van een tweedaagse training hebben onze collega's Akos en Alejandra, in samenwerking met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essp-sas.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ESSP experts<\/a>hun ervaringen over de PBN-implementatie en de impact ervan voor ATC gedeeld met een groep van twaalf luchtverkeersleiders van ENAIRE. Deel II van de PBN Manual (ICAO Doc 9613) somt de ATCo- trainingsdoelstellingen op en is toonaangevend geweest bij het aanbieden van deze training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze korte, uitgebreide en praktijkgerichte training omvat een complete set operationele voorbeelden gepresenteerd door een operationeel expert samen met een vluchtprocedureontwerper, de perfecte combinatie van theorie en praktijk in \u00e9\u00e9n training.
