De Europese ATM-dienstverlening is geografisch versnipperd en dienstverleners gedragen zich als nationale monopolisten. De voortgang in ge\u00efntegreerde implementatie van nieuwe technologie en andere innovaties is mager. Stimulatiemechanismes voor de verschillende betrokken partijen bleken niet te voldoen. Veranderingen worden gedreven door regelgeving en SESAR-uitrol richt zich op centraal gestuurde en gesynchroniseerde implementatie. Beiden zijn complex in een sector die zich kenmerkt door een grote heterogeniteit en een veelvoud aan actoren, zoals ANSPs, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en luchthavens.\n\n De studie vond plaats volgens een onderzoekscontract in het kader van SESAR WP-E Long-Term and Innovative Research en werd uitgevoerd door een consortium van MovingDot, Transport &amp; Mobility Leuven, Core-Invest en The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De kern van de versnellingsstudie was een serie economische- en numerieke modelsimulaties van de besluitvormings- en optimalisatiemechanismes in ATM.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We were a member of the SESAR WP-E Long-Term and Innovative Research programme.
