After two great editions, we’re thrilled to return to Airspace World, now being hosted in Lisbon for the very first time. As one of the key gatherings for the ATM community worldwide, the event is a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas on the future of air traffic — from safety and efficiency to innovation and sustainability.
We’re also proud to share that our colleague Marian will be speaking on Fatigue Risk Management implementation — a topic that’s increasingly relevant in today’s operational landscape. Join us for the session on Wednesday, 14 May at 11:00 in the Viasat Theatre.
You’ll find the MovingDot team at stand H1580 from Tuesday 13 May to Thursday 15 May, ready to engage in meaningful conversations and explore new opportunities. Our company representatives will be:
Hans Offerman – MovingDot’s co-founder and Managing Director, with a strong ATM background in both research and executive roles
Henk Waltman – MovingDot’s co-founder and Director, focusing on developing ATM concepts and their realisation
Rudy Megens – Expert in connecting Policy and Air Traffic Management, former Deputy director of the Dutch Airspace Redesign Project
Roy Jansen – Managing consultant at MovingDot, with a strong safety management focus and former manager ATC operations
Marian Schuver-van Blanken – Human Performance & Fatigue Risk Management expert, co-chair of CANSO’s Human Performance Management Working Group
Akos van der Plaat – Active operational controller & senior ATM expert, member of the CANSO OSC Steering group
Alejandra Hertfelder Chisvert – Flight Procedure Designer and Unmanned Traffic Management expert
Ander Okina – Flight Procedure Designer, AIM and Aerodrome Safeguarding expert

]]>As of January 1st, 2025, our team has moved to our new headquarters at Taurusavenue 21a, Hoofddorp. With modern facilities and excellent accessibility by both car and public transport, the location has a lot to offer. On top of that, it provides a fantastic view of aircraft arrivals, departures, and Schiphol Airport itself—an exciting bonus for all of us at MovingDot!

]]>The sessions were a combination of theory and practical examples, operational experiences and best practices. This way, the fatigue theory and ICAO Doc 9966 were translated to the operational and organisational reality. The workshops and briefings were delivered with active engagement by the participants, in a trusted setting to openly share personal experiences together with the MovingDot trainers with human performance, operational and managerial experience. This greatly contributed to the good result of the sessions.
